As Platinum agents, we get early VIP access to new condo and home launches across the GTA — often before the public — along with the best pricing, extended deposit structures and exclusive incentives for our clients.

Do you offer cash rebates or incentives?

Yes. Depending on the project, our clients can receive cash rebates, assignment discounts, free upgrades and other incentives only available through our team. Ask an agent what’s available today.

Can you help me lease or rent out my condo?

Absolutely. We list and lease condos and homes across Toronto and the GTA, and through our partner The Red Haven Group we can manage the property for you after move-in.

Do you help with assignment sales?

Yes. We help buyers find assignment opportunities and help owners sell pre-construction units before closing — including pricing, marketing and developer paperwork.
